When are tomorrow's electricity prices published?
In most of Europe day-ahead prices are published around 13:00 CET on the day before; in Great Britain around 11:30 UK time, and for the US hubs (New York City, California, Texas) late morning or early afternoon local time. Australia's NEM is a real-time market, so tomorrow's figures are estimates.
Do the prices include VAT?
The pages show wholesale prices excluding VAT, GST or sales tax, network or delivery fees and retailer margin. US pages show wholesale day-ahead hub prices, not retail rates.
